1. About Pulse Point Resources
Pulse Point Resources provides Bible-study resources, discussion materials, teaching tools, and other faith-based digital resources designed to help women grow in their faith and confidently engage in meaningful conversations about God’s Word. Our resources are intended for personal, small-group, church, ministry, and Bible-study use as permitted by the specific product purchased.

2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation or security of the website. You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems

3. Digital Products
PPR primarily provides digital products that may include Bible studies, leader guides, worksheets, discussion materials, and other downloadable resources. After a successful purchase, digital products may be made available for instant download. Because digital products are delivered electronically, you are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the email account or device used to receive your purchase. If you experience a problem accessing a purchased product, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

4. Personal License and Permitted Use
Unless a product specifically states otherwise, your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased resource for its intended purpose. You may:

• Download and save the resource for your personal use

• Print copies for your own use

• Use the resource to lead a Bible study, small group, or ministry gathering

• Make reasonable printed copies for participants in the group you are personally leading, when the product is designated for group use

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All Pulse Point Resources materials, including but not limited to Bible studies, leader guides, worksheets, graphics, written content, logos, branding, lesson structures, downloadable files, website content, and other original materials, are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these materials are owned by Pulse Point Resources. Your purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

You may not, without written permission from Pulse Point Resources:

• Resell our resources

• Redistribute our digital files

• Share purchased files publicly or online

• Upload our resources to websites, social media platforms, file-sharing services, or other public or private repositories

• Give copies to people outside the group or ministry for which the resource was purchased

• Modify and sell or distribute our resources as your own

• Remove copyright notices, branding, or other ownership information

• Use our materials to create competing products for sale

• Claim our original content as your own

• Reproduce or distribute our resources beyond the permissions provided with the specific product

If you would like to use a PPR resource in a way that is not covered by these Terms & Conditions, please contact us for written permission.

6. Group and Church Use
Some PPR resources may be designed specifically for group, church, or Bible-study use. Where a product is identified as appropriate for group use, the purchaser may print reasonable copies for the participants of the group they are personally leading, unless the individual product states different licensing terms. Purchasing one copy does not automatically provide a license for unlimited distribution throughout a church, organization, ministry, or multiple groups. If your church or organization would like to use a resource across multiple groups or ministries, please contact Pulse Point Resources about appropriate licensing.

7. Personalization and Adaptation
You may make reasonable personal or teaching-related adjustments to a resource for your own Bible-study setting, such as adding your own discussion questions or making notes for your group. However, modified versions may not be sold, redistributed, uploaded, or presented as original Pulse Point Resources content.

8. Scripture and Third-Party Content
Some PPR resources may contain Scripture quotations, references, graphics, or other content that is owned by or licensed from third parties. Such content remains subject to the applicable rights and permissions of its respective owners. PPR does not claim ownership of material that belongs to third parties.

9. Payments
Payments for PPR products are processed through Wix Payments or another payment method made available through our website. By submitting an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized use, pricing errors, or technical issues.

10. Pricing and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, images, and other information on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, or change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed, except where required by law.

11. Refunds
Because PPR products are primarily digital products delivered electronically, refunds are generally not available after a digital product has been successfully delivered or downloaded, except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical problem with a purchased file, please contact us. We want to make a reasonable effort to ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Pulse Point Resources creates resources intended to encourage Bible study, spiritual growth, meaningful discussion, and practical application of biblical principles. However, we do not guarantee any particular spiritual, personal, ministry, or other outcome from using our resources. Every person’s faith journey and circumstances are different. If you voluntarily submit comments, testimonials, reviews, suggestions, or other content to PPR, you grant us permission to use that content for purposes related to operating, promoting, or improving PPR, unless otherwise agreed.
